Your mission

As Project Manager People, you play a central role in the implementation of our mandate for a major client and support other people projects. You are the interface between the client, the team and our employees in the field - and ensure that the planned sales activities run smoothly.

  • Planning & coordination: deployment planning and coordination in various regions, including direct customer communication
  • Operational support: daily troubleshooting, short-term adjustments and close monitoring and support for employees
  • Administration & reporting: Management of all mandate-related tasks such as deployment overviews, reports and evaluations

What you bring with you

  • Completed basic training, experience in project management or field marketing
  • Organizational talent & administrative skills
  • You are communicative, a team player and proactively approach people - both internally and externally
  • You think in a solution-oriented way and remain calm even in hectic moments
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, French an advantage
  • Driving license Cat. B
