The Adcom story
The founder
Michael Fischer is a thoroughbred entrepreneur. He set up his own business over 25 years ago, founded Adcom in his own laundry room and built up the agency step by step. With his entrepreneurial spirit, his role as a thought leader, pacesetter, networker and motivator, he has played a key role in shaping the company's development over three decades.
Under his leadership, Adcom developed from a small start-up into one of Switzerland's leading agencies for events, sponsorship, promotion and logistics. With a great deal of passion, foresight and the commitment of a strong team, Adcom has become a reliable partner for national and international clients.
The new owners
As of July 1, 2025, Adcom has opened a new chapter: the previous members of the Executive Board Alain Blaser and Dominik Ellenberger took over Adcom and have been running the agency as owners and co-CEOs ever since. The long-standing CEO Daniel Dysli has handed over the management and now supports the new management as a member of the Board of Directors.
This succession plan ensures continuity - at the same time, the new owners are providing fresh impetus. Together with the experienced team, they want to continue writing Adcom's success story: with innovative strength, strategic development and the ambition to create unforgettable experiences for customers.
